Building on almost 30 years of successfully honoring outstanding women and organizations in Monmouth and Ocean counties, the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore invites you to participate in this year’s Women of Distinction & Community Partners Gala.
During the gala on Friday, April 1 from 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm at Eagle Oaks Country Club, Farmingdale, we’ll celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of our 2016 Women of Distinction, Junior Woman of Distinction, Community Partner and, for the first time ever, our Man Enough to be a Girl Scout Member of the Year. Once again, Thomas Hayes from New Jersey Natural Gas will chair this prestigious event.
We are excited to announce our 2016 honorees:

Your contribution to the Women of Distinction & Community Partners Gala will enable us to continue serving more than 11,000 girl members and over 4,000 adult volunteers. Proceeds from the reception are used locally to support important Girl Scout activities such as S.T. E. M. (science, technology, engineering and math) programs, environmental awareness activities and travel opportunities. Please help us provide a Girl Scout experience for every girl who wants to become a Girl Scout and, at the same time, show your support to these outstanding community leaders.
