Come celebrate Earth Day with a Girl Scouts Environmental Weekend!
The Girl Scout Environmental Weekend is a two day event (with optional camping) at the beautiful Lighthouse Center for Natural Resource Education in Waretown, NJ.
We will be planting some bushes/trees to celebrate Earth Day/Arbor Day.
Environmental workshops run by experts in their areas will be held throughout the weekend with plenty of time to relax in the beauty of nature.
In addition, the girls can work on the Girl Scouts Love the Outdoors Challenge.
Girls can also look and listen for frogs at the freshwater pond, take a stroll to the bay to watch the sunset go bowling at the OUTDOOR bowling alley and more!
