S’more and Girl Scouts go hand in hand! It’s a fireside traditions that goes back decades. The tried and true, roasted marshmallow with a chocolate bar layer sandwiched between two graham crackers is always a crowd pleaser. In honor of National S'mores Day on August 10, we asked a few of our very own culinary experts for their favorite s’mores recipes.
Twisted S'mores

Ingredients
- Pretzel Crisps (flat pretzels)
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Covered Pretzels
- Crushed Graham Cracker "sprinkles" (optional)
Directions
Using the flat pretzels as your base, create a twisted s'mores sandwich by adding the chocolate covered pretzel, roasted marshmallows, and graham cracker crumb sprinkles. Enjoy!
Banana Chocolate S’mores
Chrissy – Troop Leader – Troop 50290
Ingredients
- Chocolate Bars
- Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Bananas
Directions
Break your graham cracker in half. Place three pieces of chocolate (or more if you like) onto one of the graham cracker halves. Slice the banana long ways and place on top of chocolate. Roast a marshmallow and place on top. Then cover with the other half of your graham cracker. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter S’mores

Ingredients
- Chocolate Bars
- Graham Crackers
- Marshmallows
- Peanut Butter
Directions
Break a graham cracker in half and add three or more pieces of chocolate. Spread about a tablespoon of peanut butter on other graham cracker. Toast your marshmallow and place on top of chocolate, cover with peanut butter graham cracker, and enjoy!
