Happy Mother's Day

The importance of mothers and other female role models in a girl's life can never be understated. They are role models who teach firm courage, calm confidence and strength of character with every action they take.

Mother's Day will be different this year, but there is no doubt that every daughter's love remains the same. We hope your children enjoy the activities below.

Have an incredible Mother's Day. Thank you for all you do.

Thank you, Girl Scout Mothers!

A Mother's Day Message from CEO Eileen M. Higgins

Dear Girl Scout Family,

Moms are amazing.

On any given day they take on so many roles – motivator, counselor, troop leader, fundraiser, scheduler, peacemaker, event planner, dream builder, cheerleader, role model. And now with an unprecedented pandemic, moms are teachers and techies too, navigating a new normal of virtual learning, Zooming and teleconferencing. Even Girl Scouting is online!

No matter how much gets added to their never-ending list, moms always manage to get everything done. Sunup to sundown, moms lead with love. They are heroes without capes, our very own Sheroes.

On this Mother’s Day, let’s celebrate their awesomeness and give them the gift they deserve every day – our gratitude.

Happiest of Mother’s Day to all our Sheroes! Thanks for all you do to strengthen our girls and make our community a better place.
