Director of Membership Experience: Working under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Membership Experience is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing comprehensive year-round membership plans to substantially grow girl membership and volunteer engagement. This position serves as a member of the leadership team charged with managing day-to-day responsibilities of co-developing and administering the Council's strategic plan. Oversee and lead the recruitment and membership support teams and volunteer support team. The Director of Membership Experience is responsible for membership support providing the highest level of customer service to all members/customers, both external and internal, as well as the efficiency of conversion of new and renewed members. Works collaboratively with other members of the leadership team and contributes to the council's strategic vision and planning.
Recruitment Manager: Working under the leadership of the Director of Membership Experience, the Recruitment Manager develops and implements recruitment strategies that are designed to raise awareness and interest in Girl Scouts, resulting in membership leads that can be converted into potential girl and adult members. This position requires extensive day-travel and regular nights in order to meet, present, and network with community organizations, schools, corporations, educators, faith-based institutions, and other community constituents.
Regional Engagement Manager: The Regional Engagement Manager communicates with and supports volunteers in a designated region so they are sufficiently prepared for their roles. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the Sandy Hook Region (Northern/Central Monmouth County).
