Older Girl Scouts are Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. They are leaders and trend setters of the Girl Scout Organization.
The Three Keys to Leadership
- DISCOVER: Girls understand themselves and their values and use their knowledge and skills to explore the world.
- CONNECT: Girls care about, inspire, and team with others to locally and globally.
- TAKE ACTION: Girls act to make the world a better place.
The Three Processes
- Girl Led: Girls take an active part in figuring out the what, where, when, how and why of their activities.
- Learning by doing: A hands-on learning process that engages girls in continuous cycles of action and reflection that result in deeper understanding.
- Cooperative learning: Girls work together toward shared goals.

Represent the girl membership to the Board of Directors through
attendance at and participation in Board of Directors meetings.

Girls 14+ can serve on our CEO Girl Advisory Board for the 2024-2025 Girl Scout year providing programmatic input to the CEO.
