Older Girl Scouts are Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors. They are leaders and trend setters of the Girl Scout Organization.
The Three Keys to Leadership
The Three Processes
As an older Girl Scout, you can help younger Girl Scouts earn a Journey, serve as a role model or mentor, lead community service efforts, or reach for a Highest Award! Torch Awards recognize Girl Scouts who act as leaders in their community. To earn a Community Service Bar, Girl Scouts give at least 20 hours of community service to an approved organization. The Service to Girl Scouting Bar is awarded to Girl Scouts who volunteer at least 20 hours to the Girl Scout organization.
