Girl Scouts encourages girls like Brinley to have courage, confidence and character. Brinley joined the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore as a Daisy and enjoyed 13 years with us, graduating last year as a Girl Scout Ambassador. Brinley attended St. Rose High School and was a member of the varsity tennis and golf teams. Brinley joined her school’s golf team as a sophomore having never played competitive golf before. Brinley’s love of golf and a passion to make the world a better place fueled her Girl Scout Gold Award Project. Her Gold Award project brought the sport of golf to other girls in disadvantaged communities in Monmouth County. Her project provided opportunities and inspired others to see the benefits of golf, physically, socially, and professionally. Brinley graduated as St. Rose High School’s 2023 valedictorian and is currently studying Civil Engineering at the University of Notre Dame.
