The Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore is committed to continual adaptation in order to meet and exceed the needs of its girl members. Much has changed since the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore unveiled its regional structure back in 2010. Girls have grown; populations have shifted. The Girl Scout program has evolved. We have adapted and evolved as well.

Starting in January 2017, a core team of key volunteers and staff met on a regular basis to assess the council's regional model. After an extensive, 360 degree review, the decision was made to make several adjustments, not just to the regional map, but also to the volunteer committee structure of the organization. These changes go into effect with the 2017-2018 Girl Scout year.

The four regions established by the council are as follows. Click its name to be redirected to the region’s Facebook page in a new window.
