FULL CPR/FA AED HYBRID - ONLINE & OCEAN SERVICE CENTER **Modified Hybrid learning. American Red Cross online training and test must be completed before attending skills check. Appx. 2 weeks in advance, a link to online training will be emailed directly from the American Red Cross. Learners complete online training modules BEFORE demonstrating skills for trainer in-person. Skills session is required to receive certification. Please bring a blanket as some of the skills will be performed on the floor. American Red Cross certification for Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid classes are offered to volunteers through the council at a special discount price. The training fulfills GSUSAs requirement to provide a First Aider for troop meetings and specified activities in the Safety Activity Checkpoints. Certification lasts for 2 years.
