Girl Scouts will adopt their very own Marshmallow Peep and become responsible "pet parents" for a week! Through creative crafts, imaginative play, writing activities, and hands-on STEM challenges, girls will learn about responsibility, care-taking, problem-solving, and teamwork. The program includes a take-home element which will invite the girls to care for their peep for a week and keep a journal.
This program is designed for troops or individuals with an adult
chaperone. Adult chaperones should also register for this event to
meet Safety Activity Checkpoints youth to adult ratios. There is no
cost for adult registration. All adults attending must comply with
GSJS's policies and procedures.
