Date: Mon May 18, 5:30 PM EDT - Mon May 18, 7:30 PM EDT
During this session, members of 61044 will dive deep into the world
of geology! We'll experiment with sifting, record the characteristics
of the rocks we find, learn how to classify them, break open geodes to
find nature's hidden surprise inside, and make a craft with our finds
to take home. Younger troops will create a mosaic picture with air-dry
clay and crystals, and older troops will assemble their rocks into
wire-wrapped jewelry.
