Wild Exotics Refuge offers a fun, hands-on program to help Brownie Girl Scouts earn their Pets Badge. Scouts will meet three animals, typically a tortoise, skink, and snake-and learn about animal care, habitats, and responsible pet ownership. The interactive visit usually includes touchable artifacts, stickers, coloring pages, and informational handouts, with plenty of time for questions and engagement. Adult chaperones should also register for this event to meet Safety Activity Checkpoints youth to adult ratios. There is no cost for adult registration. All adults attending must comply with GSJS's policies and procedures.
